Haali Reader is an excellent utility for people who read a lot on their Pocket PC. It supports TXT and XML formats. I really liked the vaste options and the easy use. Everything is included: full screen mode, automatically brings you back to the the same position in the last file you read, customizable font settings, a search function and the possibility to add bookmarks. Even the buttons can be configured to what you want them to do.
The author of the program is Russian, there is not only a Russian-English dictionary on his site, but also a small utility to create your own dictionaries. The downside of this program is really that it supports only the two file formats mentioned, because with the ZIP-packed file support, it is really a good program.
